Woman Arrested for Submitting Fake Medical Certificates to Tamil Nadu Medical Council

In a startling incident that unfolded on Thursday, a 40-year-old woman named Ayesha Tanveer from Telangana was apprehended by the Arumbakkam police after attempting to register herself as a doctor with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council using fraudulent MBBS certificates. Investigations revealed that Tanveer had no background or education in the field of medicine.

The elaborate scheme was exposed when the registrar at the Tamil Nadu Medical Council scrutinized the submitted certificates and discerned their illegitimacy.
